Tips For Organizing Your Bedroom Space
Your bedroom should be your go-to place for sleep, relaxation, and opportunities for alone time away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of your house.
But if your bedroom is disorganized - clothes strewn over the floor, items placed haphazardly around the room, overcrowding in your space - then you aren't going to experience the mental health benefits of your bedroom.
Here then, are a few tips to help you get your bedroom space under control.
#1: Use the space under your bed
Especially for those of you with small bedrooms, this is one way to organize your personal bedrooms in a neat and tidy way. But rather than throwing anything that doesn't have a home under your bed, purchase or repurpose those items that are great for under-the-bed storage. Plastic containers, wooden drawers, wicker baskets, and even cardboard boxes are useful for storing such items as books, linen, and out-of-season fashion in a safe and orderly way.

#2: Tidy your bedroom surfaces
Many of us tend to clutter up our nightstand, dresser, and vanity surfaces with those smaller items that don't seem to fit elsewhere in our bedroom. However, our bedrooms can look disorganized as a consequence, so find ways to manage the various tablespaces in your room.
For starters, you might want to throw away outdated or used makeup and lotions, you don't need them.
For some of your knick-knack items, you could donate them to thrift stores if they don't add a lot of pleasure to your life.
You could put your artwork and photos on the wall instead of letting them take up a lot of space - check out our tips on creating a gallery wall.
And you could add shelves to your walls for your jewelry boxes, perfumes, and other accessories, or use decorative plates to order them on your bedroom surfaces.

#3: Commit to a closet cleanse
There comes a time when we all need to cleanse our closets, especially when we start to run out of space for new outfits, shoes, and other fashion accessories. So, be ruthless! If there is anything in there that you haven't worn in a while or that no longer fits, consider donating or selling them.
For clothes that you do intend to wear, consider using under-the-bed storage if you need space for your new fashion.
And then organize your items better, perhaps with color-coding to improve how the interior of your closet looks.

#4: Other ways to manage your bedroom space
